Position: Manager/Sr. Manager – Sales(International Marketing)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement international marketing strategies to expand business in targeted global markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with country-specific pharma guidelines.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives globally.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align marketing strategies with product development.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing reports for management review.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s products.
- Manage digital marketing activities and promotional content for international markets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the marketing team to achieve sales and business growth targets.
