Job Description:

About the role 
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of the Grievance
management and service delivery initiative for the Government of Gujarat. This role demands a strategic thinker with
strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale government transformation
projects.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of the helpline system, ensuring
alignment with governance objectives, stakeholder expectations, and citizen-centric outcomes. You will play a key role in
managing timelines, resources, risks, and communications across multiple stakeholders including government officials,
technical teams, and service providers.
Required Skill Competencies  
 Prior experience in managing / implementing of any Government Helpline / ICCC / Control and command centre
solutions / Call centre projects from consulting.
 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in government or public sector projects.
 At least 3 years of procurement support experience in government projects.
 Minimum ONE Project experience of working with State/ Central Government / PSU 
 Proven track record of managing large-scale IT or citizen service delivery initiatives.
 Strong understanding of governance frameworks, stakeholder dynamics, and helpline operations.
 PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent is desirable.
 Familiarity with Gujarat’s administrative and socio-cultural landscape is an added advantage.
 Experience in Govt consulting firms, preferably Big 4 consulting firms.
 Candidates with native or working knowledge of Gujarat.
 
Responsibilities 
 Stakeholder Management
 Lead the entire Bid process management
 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with government goals.
 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
 Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.
 Team Leadership & Coordination
 Engage with government departments and stakeholders to understand business needs, and objectives.
 Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
 Analyze existing grievance redressal workflows and identify areas for improvement.
 Design optimized processes that enhance efficiency, transparency, and citizen satisfaction.
 Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
 Solution Design & Implementation Support
Education Qualification 
 B.E/ B. Tech/MCA / MBA from a recognized University, full time regular course preferred.
