Position Overview
SJP Auto Lubes is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to oversee mid-level warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in logistics, dispatch, billing, and inventory management using SAP, Tally, or Oracle.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.

Handle billing and documentation processes accurately using SAP, Tally, or Oracle.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth dispatch and timely deliveries.

Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic audits, and maintain accurate records.

Implement warehouse best practices to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Support team members and supervise junior staff when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, dispatch, and billing.

Proficiency in SAP, Tally, or Oracle software.

Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
