A Despatch Executive coordinates the movement of goods, managing schedules, drivers, and routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and materials
Key Responsibilities

Coordination and Scheduling:Plan and coordinate the dispatch of goods and materials, managing schedules, driver assignments, and efficient route optimization.

Order Management:Receive and process customer orders and service requests, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to drivers or relevant departments.

Communication:Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and other departments to provide updates and resolve issues.

Monitoring and Tracking:Monitor the status of all incoming and outgoing deliveries and shipments, tracking progress and addressing delays.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:Ensure all necessary paperwork, invoices, and delivery records are accurately completed and maintained.

Issue Resolution:Address and resolve any problems or delays that arise during the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.
