Job Description:

• Role Overview

  This role involves developing new pharmaceutical formulations, conducting laboratory trials, supporting scale-up for production, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development. The position requires strong adherence to quality standards and proper documentation practices.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pharmaceutical formulations using scientific and regulatory principles within defined timelines

  • Execute and coordinate laboratory trials, experiments, and stability studies

  • Support scale-up and technology transfer of developed formulations to production

  • Ensure proper documentation of all formulation and development activities as per GMP guidelines

  • Apply Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DoE) concepts for product and process optimization

  • Submit samples related to raw materials, development trials, and stability studies to the analytical team

  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to test licenses and import licenses

  • Coordinate procurement of APIs, excipients, packaging materials, tooling, and reference products

  • Prepare technical and development-related documents at different stages of the product lifecycle

  • Maintain laboratory upkeep and compliance

  • Manage multiple projects and meet development timelines

  • Coordinate with departments such as Analytical, Production, Regulatory, and Stores

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

  Work Details

  • Location: Andheri MIDC

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

  Employment Type

  • Contract- 1 year (based employment renewable based on performance and project requirements; not fixed-term)
