Job Description:

• Job Title: Research Associate
  Experience: 3–5 Years
  Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
  Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, 6 working days)
  Qualification: M. Pharma
  Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA (based on experience and suitability)
  Type of Employment: Contract-based (can be renewed based on performance and project requirements; not fixed)

  Role Overview:
  The Research Associate role involves end-to-end support in pharmaceutical product development, including:

  • Formulation development and lab trials

  • Scale-up and technology transfer activities

  • Stability studies and documentation of all development work

  • Operation and calibration of lab instruments

  • Procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials

  • Coordination with Analytical, Production, Regulatory, and Store teams

  • Contributing to product development projects and ensuring smooth workflow in the lab while following GMP and quality standards
