Job Description:
Job Title: Accountant Assistant

Location: Waluj, Sambhajinagar
Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years
CTC Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents, inventory management
Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer billing,e-way bill
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and banking transactions.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, and expenses,inventory related to the agro business.
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally prime / accounting software and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
