Job Description:

Position:          Maintenance Engineer

Location:         Sarigam nearby Vapi

Experience:     2 - 5 Years

Industries:      Chemical 

Responsibilities:        

• To initiate any kind of work in plant with particular safety work permit and precautions.
• To co-ordinate with third parties regarding plant related maintenance work.
• To take preventive maintenance of equipment's as per schedule.
• To prepare the inward and outward material gate pass.
• 100 % statutory compliance of safety equipment's of all plants.
• To carry out preventive maintenance of plant equipment's as per schedule and keep records.
• Planning and execution of major and minor modification in plant as per given by URS. 
• Keep sufficient inventory of spare parts and co-ordinate to store and purchase department for material tracking.
• Facilitating continuous improvement activity to eliminate the root cause of problem and prevent the recurrences of non conformance.

Required Skills:

• Awareness and good knowledge of ISO (9001:2015).
• Awareness and good knowledge of 5S methodology and Kaizen.
• Improve and implement in a plant related modification and maintenance work.
• Identify and problem solving skill if any abnormality is observed.

Required Qualification: -  B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary: -  Upto 5.00 LPA
