Process Manager (Project)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning, start-up, and execution of process engineering projects.

• Perform BEP calculation, PDS, P&ID’s, Mass Balance (MB), Energy Balance (EB), and Hydraulic Calculations.

• Prepare and review equipment layout, equipment sizing, and design specifications.

• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare Capex proposals, validate ROI, and develop project basis.

• Participate actively in PHA, HAZOP, LOPA, PSSR reviews, ensuring process safety and compliance.

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors for successful project delivery.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project phases.
