Position:        Executive/Sr. Executive - Sales

Location:        Umbergaon near by Vapi

Experience:    3 - 5 Years

Industries:     Textiles

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential B2B clients across industries such as automotive, packaging, footwear, and others.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the customer base, with a focus on the Gujarat region.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business goals.
• Conduct client visits, deliver product presentations, participate in technical discussions, and lead price negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to products, services, or delivery timelines.
• Stay informed about competitor products, pricing strategies, and market movements.
• Gather customer and market feedback and share relevant insights with the technical or R&D team for product improvement.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and visit reports.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the Sales Head.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
