Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting and technical support for electrical and mechanical equipment.

  • Conduct field service, maintenance, and repair activities at designated locations.

  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and provide excellent customer support.

  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose and rectify faults in electrical and mechanical systems.

  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.

  • Provide training and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of equipment.

  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

  • Travel to client sites as required to conduct service activities.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, ITI, or related field.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and technical support (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Willingness to travel and work at client locations as needed.
