Job Description:

Position:          Executive/Sr. Executive Logistics

Location:         Umbergaon near by Vapi

Experience:      4 -6  Years

Industries:       Textile 

Responsibilities:        

• Negotiate freight charges with transporter trucking companies, & courier partners to ensure the best possible rates and service quality, Track shipments, Plan & coordinate truck shipments for inbound & outbound logistics based on dispatch schedules
• Plan and manage the movement of raw materials (yarn, fabric, dyes, trims) to production units and finished goods to buyers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely import/export shipments.
• Monitor warehouse operations for proper storage, handling, and dispatch of textile goods.
• Ensure compliance with export documentation (packing lists, invoices, LC documents, shipping bills) as per buyer and customs requirements.
• Track and follow up on cargo movement (sea, air, road) to ensure on-time delivery to buyers worldwide.
• Work closely with production, merchandising, and procurement teams to align logistics with production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock movements between warehouses and production units.
• Optimize transportation costs while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards.
• Handle buyer audits, vendor compliance, and logistics reporting for management review.
• Resolve any logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, customs clearance problems, or damage claims.

• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
