Job Description:

Position:        IOT Operation Lead

Location:        Dadra & Nagar Haveli 

Experience:     4 - 5 Year

Industries:      Engineering

Responsibilities:        

• Monitor and manage connectivity, uptime, and performance of IoT devices/sensors in the field.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues; escalate as needed.
• Respond to incidents / outages, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.
• Maintain and evolve monitoring, alerting and logging systems.
• Automate routine tasks (e.g. device provisioning, firmware updates, reporting).
• Liaise between field operations, R&D/engineering, cloud platform teams and vendors or service providers.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation: standard operating procedures, runbooks, incident post mortems.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and safety standards in IoT deployments.
• Support rollout of new IoT features or products, including on-site/remote validation and testing.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Electronics

Salary :- Upto 7.00 LPA
