About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager who can lead our development team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance products. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to design architecture and guide teams toward innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.

Design and implement scalable product architectures using Golang or Java with React.

Drive product design discussions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Architect and optimize databases in MySQL and Redis.

Manage and optimize AWS server infrastructure for performance, scalability, and security.

Ensure seamless integration of UX principles in product design for a great user experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into solutions.

Maintain strong communication with the team and management, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Requirements

7 – 10+ years of experience in software development, including leadership/managerial roles.

Strong expertise in Golang or Java and React.

Hands-on experience in architecture design and scalable system design.

Proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of MySQL and Redis database design.

Experience in product design and understanding of UX principles.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
