Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management and Service Communication:

• Maintain and develop constructive relationships with the Customers, ensuring that the service offered is in line with their expectation
• Keeping in touch with customers on frequent basis to better understand the current scenario of the market
• Prioritizing the unique culture of the company by maintaining harmonious relationship with the customer
• Handling complaints related to Logistics, Documentation & Packing
• Extracting and reviewing the daily reports and sharing the same with the customers
• Acting as a link to carry out the necessary communication from & to the customer and the plant
• Sales Support, Demand Planning, and Data Management:
• Receive the tri-monthly forecast from the assigned customer, monitor and compare this data with the actual demand and analyse the variances
• Take weekly demand from the assigned customer and communicate the same with planning and production team and ensure that dispatch pertaining to the same is done on time
• Monitoring of weekly sales figures of the assigned customer and comparing the same on YoY basis and analysing the share in the business for that particular customer for each line
• Assure continuous optimal service to the customers through adequate forecasting
• Verifying the stock levels, especially minimum and maximum level
• Providing dynamic sales requirements and coordinating with the MSO’s and planner regarding changes in forecast
• To compare demand, stock, and production capacity of the different items, and keeping constant check on demands from assigned customers to avoid eventual overloading problems
• To ensure that the database is properly updated so that information does not get mishandled
• Payment Collection:
• Must regularly follow up with assigned customers to ensure the payment gets collected in the defined time frame

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP/similar ERP is preferred.
• Manpower handling with a team spirit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :-  Upto 10.00 LPA
