Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and Implement Quality Systems:Establish and maintain quality control systems and procedures aligned with industry standards, such as ISO 9001.

Product and Process Testing:Conduct rigorous tests, including dimensional analysis and material strength checks, to ensure components and finished products meet safety, durability, and performance specifications.

Issue Identification & Resolution:Investigate production and product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and preventive strategies to eliminate defects.

Supplier Management:Evaluate and qualify suppliers, ensuring incoming materials meet required quality standards and coordinating with them to resolve quality issues.

New Product Introduction:Support new product development to ensure quality standards are integrated from the design phase and that product builds are robust.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data to create detailed reports for management and relevant departments, detailing current issues and corrective actions.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production) and suppliers to implement best practices for defect prevention and continuous improvement.

Customer Satisfaction:Review customer feedback and implement changes to products and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty.

Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that all vehicles and components comply with relevant safety and government standards and emissions regulations.
