Job Description:

• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer data.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
• Manage leads in the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate sales contracts and sales agreements to finalize sales 
• Prospect leads through relevant channels and media.
• Conducting follow-ups with leads to ensure they are converted into sales opportunities.
