Job Description:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Head/Assistant Project Manager to lead and manage commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior construction, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for Virtual Office products (Business Registration, GST Registration, Mailing Address, Premium Virtual Offices, etc.).

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful closures.

Generate new leads through calls, networking, online channels, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, and consultants.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure documentation, KYC verification, and client onboarding are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain and update CRM entries, databases, and daily sales trackers.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to keep Akasa Coworking ahead in the virtual office space.

Handle client queries, disputes, and escalations professionally.

Support and guide junior sales executives if required.

Requirements:

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking, virtual office services, or real estate.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.

Quick learner with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
