Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to join our
team and focus on international markets. This role is heavily focused on outbound lead
generation, appointment setting, and pipeline building for our global sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to international prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
Set up qualified meetings and appointments with decision-makers.
Research and identify new opportunities and target accounts in selected geographies.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to leads and appointments.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in international markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with lead generation tools and CRM software.
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed lead generation/appointment setting targets.
Familiarity with sales outreach tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. is a plus.
