Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of civil engineering projects, including both interior and exterior works
• Manage all phases of project execution from planning to completion while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality and cost standards
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, vendors, local authorities, and government bodies
• Supervise daily execution activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and safety protocols
• Ensure all necessary project documentation is completed, updated, and maintained accurately
• Handle administrative tasks such as document filing, reconciliation of records, and tracking statutory compliance
• Prepare and review purchase orders, work orders, and procurement schedules in alignment with project timelines
• Manage procurement and ensure the timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources at the site
• Plan and schedule project payments, monitor budgets, and control overall project expenses
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and legal/statutory construction requirements

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Civil
