Job Description:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate with US hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job
requirements.
Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the hiring
process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance
on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations as
needed.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and
conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management:
Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules and
collecting feedback.
Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and monitoring
progress.
Provide guidance on career development and training opportunities.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employee records and reports.
Assist in HR audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participate in the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with the US HR team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes and services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Flexibility to work UK hours
