Job Description

Hands on experience on CNC milling machine-VMC, HMC, etc (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak & Hass control) machines and conventional machines for cast iron machining-turbine blade.

Job Setting & 2D Programmer 3D Programmer Modifier  

Write2D manual programming of CNC turning the machine

Knowledge about 2D manual programming of VMC machine.

Effectively operate, setup and programmed of CNC turning & VMC to produce  various machine parts

CNC, VMC programming for 3 axis, 2 axis, horizontal, vertical, 3.5 axis machines by using software and tebis with Fanuc and Siemens controlling system

Independent work on checking fixtures checking as a checker of programs, load distribution as a team leader

Problem-solving in programming

To Create CNC programming by using UG and TEBIS soft ware’s in  vertical, horizontal& 5 axis machines

To deliver programs with first time right engineering into internal customers on time

 Analyzing & suggesting to the designer for modification in the design of fixtures and dies.

Giving guidance to die designer about the mfg. Possibilities

Co-ordination with other departments like CNC MC SHOP, DIES ASSEMBLY SHOPS, and inspection.
