Job Description:

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all environmental laws, rules, and regulations (CPCB, SPCB, MoEF, etc.).

• Obtain and maintain necessary environmental clearances, NOCs, and consents (CTO, CTE, Hazardous Waste Authorization, etc.).
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to environmental regulatory bodies.
• Maintain all documentation required for audits, client requirements, and regulatory inspections.
• Conduct environmental audits and inspections across project sites or plant facilities.P
• Conduct monthly environmental assessments to identify impacts, ensure regulatory compliance, and recommend risk mitigation.
• Monitor air, water, soil, and noise pollution levels using appropriate instruments and methods.
• Maintain records of waste disposal, emission levels, and environmental incidents.
• Design and implement strategies for waste reduction, segregation, treatment, and safe disposal.
• Ensuring solid waste processing, focusing on effective collection, segregation, and maximizing resource recovery from construction and demolition waste.
• Verify the quality of processed environmental products like RDF, compost, inert materials, aggregates, recycled concrete, and RAP, ensuring they meet reuse or disposal standards.
• Oversee hazardous material handling and spill management procedures.
• Promote efficient resource usage (water, energy, raw materials).
• Develop Environmental Management Plans (EMP) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
• Contribute to sustainability reporting, carbon footprint analysis, and green certifications.
• Encourage adoption of eco-friendly practices across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct environmental awareness programs and training for staff and workers.
