Sr. No. Job Responsibility
1. Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety norms, and housekeeping while maintaining
related documentation.
2. Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials and finished product samples.
3. Perform sampling of critical raw materials and finished products.
4. Prepare solutions and review them if performed by other analysts.
5. Conduct in-house instrument calibration and review if performed by other analysts.
6. Prepare and maintain documentation, including the Inward Register.
7. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of analytical equipment as per SOPs.
8. Maintain analysis data records.
9. Maintain protocols and reports for raw materials and finished product samples.
10. Oversee laboratory glassware cleaning as per SOP and ensure proper disposal of chemical
waste.
11. Maintain stock of chemicals, reagents, and solutions.
12. Operate and handle instruments such as GC, FTIR, Analytical Balance, UV-Visible
Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Auto Titrator, and Polarimeter.
13. Perform raw material analysis and maintain related documentation.
14. Prepare SOPs and other new documents as required.
15. Collect and maintain records of finished product batches and stability batches for HPLC
analysis on a daily basis.
16. Maintain records for impurity consumption, analysis data, calculations, and references in raw
data registers.
17. Prepare reports and analytical data sheets related to HPLC activities.
18. Qualify working standards and maintain primary reference standards for HPLC analysis.
19. Monitor stability studies and prepare analysis summaries accordingly.
