Operations Executive - Navi Mumbai

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive to manage and streamline backend operations. The ideal candidate should have strong command over MS Excel, MIS reporting, and day-to-day operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily backend operations and process coordination.
• Maintain and update MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Prepare regular reports and present actionable insights to management.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with internal processes.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or backend support roles.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data management.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred
