SAP S/4HANA Logistics Data Migration Analyst
Job Summary
The SAP S/4HANA Logistics Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for leading and executing data migration activities within the Logistics domain (MM, SD, PM, PP, QM, WM). The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, designing effective migration solutions, and collaborating closely with end-to-end process teams to maintain data quality and governance. The analyst will also support site deployments and advise on data migration strategies during SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with end-to-end process teams to define, document, and govern master data for assigned Logistics objects.
- Collect and validate business requirements for data migration.
- Support and guide data cleansing activities.
- Define and maintain field and value mapping rules.
- Prepare migration programs and ensure technical readiness.
- Execute testing and validation of migrated master and transactional data.
- Support site preparation and rollout activities, ensuring smooth deployment across groups.
- Provide advisory support on data migration best practices and decision-making.
- Ensure all migration deliverables are completed in line with project timelines and quality standards.
Skills & Competency Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules (MM, SD, PM, PP, QM, WM). Experience in pharma or regulated industry preferred.
- Proven track record in greenfield S/4HANA implementation projects, including process re-engineering.
- Experience in SAP data migration, with involvement in at least 3 full-cycle global SAP implementations.
- Strong understanding of master and transactional data migration, with cross-functional integration exposure.
- Knowledge of MDM Hub solutions (MDG, Informatica MDM, etc.) is an advantage.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-organized with structured thinking.

- Strong command of English.
