Job Description:

Position: HR Executive

Industry: Die Casting / Manufacturing
Location: jikthan phata,Gangapur,Ch.Sambhajinagar
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 1–4 Years (preferably in manufacturing industry)
Qualification: MBA/MBS in HR or equivalent


Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, training, and statutory compliance within the die casting manufacturing setup. The role involves close coordination with production and management teams to ensure smooth HR functioning and a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and staff positions (operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, etc.).

  • Coordinate manpower planning and maintain optimum workforce levels.

  • Conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime through biometric or manual systems.

  • Prepare monthly attendance and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.

  • Maintain records of salary, increments, and attendance reports.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.

  • Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain a healthy work culture.

  • Support communication between management and workers.

4. Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission and maintenance of records related to ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, and Labour Laws.

  • Coordinate with external consultants and government departments for audits and inspections.

5. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for staff and workers.

  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

6. Health, Safety & Welfare

  • Support implementation of safety policies and welfare measures on the shop floor.

  • Maintain first-aid, PPE, and other statutory safety requirements.

7. Documentation & HRMIS

  • Maintain personnel files, HR database, and documentation for all employees.

  • Prepare HR-related MIS reports and dashboards.


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing setup

  • Familiarity with labour laws and factory compliance

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
