Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire marketing strategy and execution to drive the company’s brand growth, user acquisition, and engagement at scale across the nation.
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team spanning brand, growth, content, regional, and digital marketing functions.
  • Develop and execute 360° culturally resonant campaigns for India’s diverse metros and Tier 2/3 cities, balancing tradition with tech-savvy approaches.
  • Partner closely with VAMA’s founders and cross-functional leadership to shape go-to-market direction and product marketing.
  • Drive user growth via digital channels (paid, organic, content, influencer, social, and PR), optimizing performance across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Champion customer insights, brand positioning, and community building through deep regional and cultural understanding.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, performance analytics, and team development, ensuring high ROI and rapid scale.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ senior marketing leadership at consumer tech, D2C, or high-growth digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success driving brand and user growth in large-scale B2C environments—preference for faith-tech, fintech, edtech, or culturally relevant consumer brands.
  • Proven expertise in building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior, digital culture, regional dynamics, and faith/spirituality-driven communities.
  • Skill in crafting integrated campaigns for both urban and rural audiences, utilizing influencer and content partnerships.
  • Strong experience with digital performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube, influencer, SEO), CRM, analytics, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic skills; passionate about Indian traditions and digital innovation.
