Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities

 1) Business Development:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

 2) Sales Strategy:

  1. a) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals as set by the management.
  2. b) Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

 3) Client Acquisition and Retention:

  1. a) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  2. b) Understand client needs and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction for retention of clients.
  3. c) Reaching out to existing customers to increase business volume.
  4. d) Visiting existing and prospective clients.
  5. e) Participation in Customer RFQ/ Bidding processes.

 3) Proposal Development:

  1. Prepare compelling and customized proposals in response to client needs and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure feasibility and accuracy in proposal offerings.

 Negotiation and Contract Closure:

  1. Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements
  2. Ensure that contracts align with company policies, profitability objectives, and legal requirements.

 Sales Team Leadership:

  1. Lead and motivate the Key Accounts team to achieve individual and team targets.
  2. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's performance.

 Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Generate regular reports on sales performance, client feedback
  2. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement and sharing weekly report to the management.

 Collaboration with Operations:

  1. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  2. Address client concerns and feedback, coordinating with the operations team for resolution.

 Market Research:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  2. Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.

 Budget Management:

  1. Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in sales activities.
  2. Monitor expenses and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budgetary constraints.

 Sales Reporting:

  1. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  2. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
