Data Entry Operator
Job Description:

Data Input:Accurately enter text, numerical, and other information from various source documents into digital databases and computer systems.

Data Verification & Correction:Review entered data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, often by cross-referencing with source documents.

Data Management:Maintain and update databases and digital archives, including establishing backups to secure data integrity.

Document Preparation:Assemble, arrange, and sort physical and electronic documents and materials in preparation for data input.

Report Generation:Create and export spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as requested by management or other departments.

Data Security & Confidentiality:Handle and store sensitive information securely and adhere to corporate policies regarding data integrity and confidentiality.
