Job Description:
- Lead and manage Wealth Management business for the assigned cluster/region
- Drive revenue generation through acquisition of HNI/UHNI clients
- Manage and mentor Relationship Managers / Wealth Managers for target achievement
- Build strong client relationships and provide investment advisory solutions
- Drive sales of PMS, Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, Insurance, and other wealth products
- Monitor business performance, productivity, and portfolio growth across the cluster
- Ensure high levels of client servicing, retention, and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop market penetration strategies and expand the client base
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Minimum 6–12 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory
- Strong experience in handling HNI/UHNI clients and team management
- Excellent knowledge of PMS, Mutual Funds, Equity Markets, and Wealth Products
- Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
