Job Description:
A 1st Class Boiler Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-pressure boilers and associated equipment. Key duties include monitoring steam and pressure levels, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, managing water and chemical treatment, and keeping detailed logs of operations and safety checks. This role requires strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Key responsibilities

- Operate and control boilers to ensure efficient steam and power generation.
- Monitor and adjust fuel, water, and air levels using gauges, meters, and charts.
- Activate valves to maintain required water levels and control the flow of fuel.
