PRODUCTION & OPERATION HEAD FOR GOLD BENIFICATION PLANT - SOMALI LAND , AFRICA

• Production and planning: 

  Develop and implement production schedules, manage resource allocation, and oversee day-to-day operations to meet production targets. 

   
• Team management: 

  Supervise, train, and motivate the production workforce, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative environment. 

   
• Quality control: 

  Establish and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process, conduct audits, and ensure products meet requirements. 

   
• Cost management: 

  Monitor and control production costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability. 

   
• Safety and compliance: 

  Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and environmental standards, and implement protocols to create a safe working environment. 

   
• Continuous improvement: 

  Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends and implement process improvements, such as lean manufacturing, to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 

   
• Cross-functional collaboration:

• Maintenance and supply chain:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management is typically required. 
   
• Significant proven experience in a production or operations management role is necessary.

• Familiarity with concepts like Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP systems is often beneficial.
