Job Description:
- Manage the implementation of policies and maintain the discipline standards with the organization as desired / acceptable by the stakeholders.
- Shall remain prepared for all possible emergency situations and responding to them as per the Emergency Management Plan.
- Shall be responsible to maintain the high discipline standards within the team members as desired by the organization.
- Achieve the departmental objectives / targets and Environment Management Plan set by the management.
- To look after routine maintenance.
- Maintain critical spares inventory.
- To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them.
- To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement.
- To raise purchase requisition of project and maintenance material in ERP.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule and document the same.
- Carry out breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment s.
- To monitor site contractors during the Projects & routine activity.
- Work related to energy conservation.
- To ensure all safety precautions during the work.
- Mini-max inventories to be given to stores and ensure that they are available at all time.
- Engineering scrap disposal through EHS department.
- All types of work permit and job card management/supervision during the shift hours.
- Documentation Preparation of ISO9000, ISO14000 & ISO18000, USFDA.
- Immediate recording and reporting of any deviations or violation of standard parameters.
- Work allotment to subordinates and supervisors involved in shift maintenance activities.
- You will be responsible and accountable for development of next level employee working under you and accountable for their administration approvals.
