Job Description:
- Transportation: Safely transport passengers or cargo to designated locations.
- Navigation: Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS or other navigation tools.
- Safety and compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Vehicle maintenance: Perform daily inspections, refuel the vehicle, and arrange for regular maintenance and cleaning.
- Loading/unloading: Assist with loading and unloading goods or luggage when necessary.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, deliveries, and any incidents.
- Communication: Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and passengers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent driving skills and sound judgment.
- Knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with navigational software and technology.
- Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and working in various weather conditions.
