Designation: Senior Telecaller Manager

 The role requires individuals who can work independently, take initiative, and
demonstrate a proactive attitude toward tasks and responsibilities.
 The initial 3 months will be a probationary period during which the company will
assess the candidate's performance, adaptability, and alignment with company values.
 After successful completion of 6 months, including the probation period, the
candidate will be assigned a specific role based on their demonstrated skills,
contributions, and company requirements.
 Leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies and ca
mpaigns to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
 Business development coordination
identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by generating leads in sales,
maintaining client relationships, and coordinating promotional activities.
 Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and
make data-driven decisions.
 Continuous Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to
enhance marketing outcomes.
