Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Export & Import Documentation:

  • Prepare and manage export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations)

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade laws

• Customs Compliance:

  • Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations, tariffs, and duties

  • Liaise with customs officers to clear goods without delays

• Logistics Coordination:

  • Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

  • Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit

• Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels

  • Oversee the timely execution of shipments to avoid delays

• Trade Regulations & Compliance:

  • Stay updated on international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations

  • Assist in audits and ensure company compliance with all applicable laws

• Communication & Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, procurement) for smooth order processing

  • Maintain communication with international customers, suppliers, and logistics providers

• Cost Management & Negotiation:

  • Negotiate shipping rates and freight contracts for cost-effective solutions

  • Ensure balance between cost efficiency and service quality

• Documentation Filing & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and related documents

  • Ensure compliance with legal and company documentation policies
