Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed
Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in builder, architect, contractor, and corporate
- Generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert prospects into long-term
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close
Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer - Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM or
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client
Candidate's Profile :
- Minimum5 years of B2B sales
Industry experience in doors manufacturing, real estate, or related manufacturing is - Prior experience with competitor companies in the same space is
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
