Job Description:

 

  • Data Management: Performing accurate and timely data entry, managing databases, and maintaining and organizing company records and documents (both physical and digital).

  • Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks such as printing, sending emails, answering phone calls, organizing files, and ordering office supplies.

  • Financial Tasks: Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills; assisting with payroll, accounting, and financial reporting.

  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinating with other departments (like Sales, Front Office, or Management) to ensure a seamless workflow.

  • Scheduling and Organization: Organizing staff meetings, updating calendars, scheduling appointments, and managing travel arrangements.

  • Research and Analysis: Performing market research and gathering/processing research data as needed.

  • Process Improvement: Reviewing and implementing office systems, procedures, and policies to improve efficiency.

The boiler manufacturing unit was shifted from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Halol, Gujarat in a plot area of 3 Acres, in the name & Style of ---.
