Role Overview
As Plant Head, you will oversee all aspects of plant management, including production, team supervision, and strategic operations. This senior leadership role requires 5+Years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily plant operations, including production schedules, inventory, and workflow, to meet targets.
Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and staff, conducting performance reviews and ensuring safety compliance.
Manage budgets, optimize resources, and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
Coordinate with departments for maintenance, quality control, and supply chain integration.
Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, production yield) and prepare reports for senior management.
Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and drive sustainability initiatives.
Handle crisis management, such as equipment failures or supply disruptions.
Collaborate with R&D for process improvements and new product launches.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience in leading teams in a factory setting.

Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MS Office, and manufacturing software.
Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001) and quality management (e.g., ISO 9001).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
