Job Description:

Position:        Associate Director - Operations

Location:        Bandra - Mumbai

Experience:    8 - 10 Years

Industries:     NGO

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set (enrolment and livelihood) goals aligned with Yuva Parivartan’s objectives.
  • Use innovative approaches and performance metrics to optimize processes and improve team performance.
  • Build a robust and closely monitored network of third party and
  • Partnerships to expand the reach of Yuva parivartan
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 100 plus personnel, including direct supervision of direct reportees.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture, ensuring accountability and ethical practices within the team using a strong review system..
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of team members.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Tracking
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to counter market challenges.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to optimize sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key persons, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Address student/trainer/key person needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop rapport with local businesses and industry bodies to unlock potential business opportunities.
  • Process and Reporting
  • Implement robust reporting mechanisms to track team performance and sales progress.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and performance tools effectively for data management and analysis.
  • Regularly review performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to the team.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives
  • Propose and execute innovative impact initiatives to drive growth.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with alternative channels to expand market reach.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills, Knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
  • Data based decision making and risk taking ability
  • Proven record as a strong performer and team builder

 

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 12.00 LPA
