Job Description:

System development and implementation:Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, including writing procedures and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.

Auditing:Conduct internal audits of business units and perform supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and company requirements.

Problem-solving:Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.

Continuous improvement:Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing lean methodologies and Six Sigma projects, to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste.

Data and reporting:Monitor and analyze quality performance, collect data for metrics, and prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.

Cross-functional collaboration:Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all aspects of the product lifecycle.

Training:Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on quality processes, standards, and best practices.
