Job Description:
    • System development and implementation: 
      Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, including writing procedures and ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements. 
       
    • Auditing: 
      Conduct internal audits of business units and perform supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and company requirements. 
       
    • Problem-solving: 
      Analyze data, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues. 
       
    • Continuous improvement: 
      Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as implementing lean methodologies and Six Sigma projects, to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste. 
       
    • Data and reporting: 
      Monitor and analyze quality performance, collect data for metrics, and prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions. 
       
    • Cross-functional collaboration: 
      Work with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all aspects of the product lifecycle. 
       
    • Training: 
      Develop and conduct training sessions for employees on quality processes, standards, and best practices.
