Who You Are
You’ve spent 5 to 10 years in sales, business development, or trading - ideally in chemicals, polymers, or
related sectors.
You know Eastern India’s market inside out, and if you’ve experienced internationally, that’s a plus.
You thrive on building relationships and can deliver results without losing the human touch.
You communicate well, negotiate well, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.
You are self-driven, resilient, and want to grow alongside a company chasing an ambitious goal.
What You’ll Do
Expand our footprint in Eastern India and international markets.
Nurture customers, suppliers, and partners - turning transactions into long-term partnerships.
Own sales targets while keeping an eye on value creation and sustainable growth.
Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and translate insights into strategy.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.
Represent the company with confidence, authenticity, and curiosity at every touchpoint.
