Education : B.Com
Location : Vadodara (Alkapuri)
Working Days : 2nd & 4th Saturday off and all Sunday off
Working Time : 9:00AM to 6:30 PM
There will be 3 rounds and all of them would be in person.
Job Description:
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record management.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for the management team.
- Communicate with vendors, manage procurement processes, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
