On the payroll of Talisman HR Solutions - We are looking for contract or permanent as we are flexible on both. For the contract it can be anywhere between 4 months to a year.

About the Role
As an AI Content Creator / Prompt Engineer (Video Gen + Sound Gen), you’ll work at the frontier of storytelling—combining filmmaking instincts with AI-powered video generation. You’ll shape narratives, experiment with prompts across video models, and oversee the visual and audio refinement process to deliver cinematic, high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine prompts for AI video generation models to achieve storytelling and stylistic intent.

• Choose the most suitable AI tools or models for diverse project needs (character consistency, scene generation, lip-sync, SFX, voice generation, music generation, etc.).

• Oversee video editing, sound work, transitions, pacing, overlays, and text integration using Adobe Suite.

• Partner with creative, design, and content teams to bring scripts and concepts to life.

• Track new developments in AI video ecosystems, evaluating tools for integration into production workflows.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in video editing and storytelling using tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.

• Familiarity with AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Seedream, Wan, Minimax, Higgsfield) and I2V & V2V pipelines.

• Strong understanding of visual narrative flow, timing, and cinematic composition.

• Ability to balance technical experimentation with creative direction.

• Strong portfolio in AI filmmaking.

• 1–4 years of professional experience in long-format fictional content is a plus.
