Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR functions such as recruitment, attendance management, employee engagement, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.

Coordinate and support employee engagement and welfare activities.

Assist in payroll data preparation and ensure timely submission of relevant information.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between HR and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administration.

Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR software.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
