Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Export / EXIM
Job Description:
Work Profile & Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Shipment & Post-Shipment Documentation
· Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis, bill of lading, etc.).
· Ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical export regulations.
· Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary approvals and certifications.
· Maintain accurate records of shipments for audit and regulatory purposes.
2. Dispatch & Factory Stuffing Procedures
· Oversee the loading and stuffing of shipments at the factory.
· Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and documentation for smooth customs clearance.
· Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to schedule dispatch.
3. Coordination with Service Providers
· Work closely with Custom House Agents (CHA), Freight Forwarders, and Transporters to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
· Monitor shipment status and handle any logistical challenges or delays.
· Assist in resolving customs-related issues.
4. Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting
· Maintain and update export-related data in the system.
· Generate periodic reports on shipments, costs, and compliance.
· Track payments, pending documentation, and regulatory approvals.
