Job Description:

Responsibilities of project basic Engineering, details engineering,construction and
commissioning.
● Selection of electrical equipment compatible with project and maintenance purpose.
● introduce New design guidelines which to be used for projects and maintenance for
selection of equipment.
● safety and quality maintained at site execution.
● timely complete project for handover and smooth process.

Responsible for the following project (Engineering +Construction+Commissioning): -

● Basic & detail engineering of complete project in close coordination with external
consultants Participates in HAZOP studies.
● Prepared design basis in consultation with DEC.
● Review of Engineering Documents such as Enquiry Specification of electrical equipment
from Vendors and Consultant.
● Review design package’s philosophy interacts with consultants for detailed engineering
preparation of technical inquiry and preparation of TBA for further commercial handover.
● Preparation of BOQ for construction power activity, estimate the project cost during BE
and DE level.
● Selection for electrical equipment as per CEA guidelines, and as per IS/IEC.
● Continuous Interaction with Engineering Consultant for timely completion of any
engineering Document Review within stipulated time as well as Reduce overall period for
Procurement & Delivery of all Instruments.
● Participated in 30%,60% & 90% model review and provided execution inputs for
projects.
● Prepared scope of work for various packages.
● Review of all the Engineering Documents, Vendor follow up for timely delivery of
Material, Daily interaction with Erection Contractor to timely completion of erection &
commissioning Activity.
● Carry out Management & execution (Erection, Testing, Pre-commissioning &
commissioning activities.
● Ensured compliance of all Electrical safety requirements during construction activities &
implemented best safe & reliable practices at construction sites.
● Assurance towards Incident free Project construction work Timely coordination with
vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
● Vendor evaluation based on system & statutory requirements.
● Adhere & ensure that construction work to be executed within project timeline & AIL
quality guidelines.
● Ensure all documents are maintained as per the documentation standards (SOP)
● Verify all completed work complies with applicable specifications, standards, drawings,
codes, etc
● Ensure no deviation in compliances, legal permits & construction safety at site.
● Daily Basis follow up with electrical vendors for expedite delivery of electrical items.
To establish a safe work culture & Follow Safe Project execution methodology.
● Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labor, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on
Track. status of project with preparing DPR, T1 plan & T2 plan.
● Coordination of electrical jobs on a daily basis and providing support to subordinates as
and when required to carry on their jobs.
● Assurance of timely project reporting: Weekly, Monthly, quarterly.
