Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Lead to oversee and drive
financial operations and partner engagement for our Strategic Alliance Partners (SAP)
across Broadband and DTV verticals. This role involves managing financial reporting,
compliance, audits, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to
ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial management in a dynamic business
environment.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Oversight & Reporting
 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data in line with
SAP agreements.
 Review and analyze monthly financial reports to provide strategic insights.
 Identify process gaps and lead initiatives for improvement based on trends and
variances.
 Oversee preparation and circulation of MIS to SAP partners within defined
timelines (by the 10th of each month).
2. Accounting & Control Management
 Lead accurate accounting of expenses, billings, and collections as per SAP
P&Ls.
 Supervise monthly reconciliation of debtors and creditors, ensuring completion by
the 15th.
 Review and validate balance confirmations and reconciliations on a monthly
basis.
 Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to disciplined financial
processes.
3. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
 Lead weekly meetings with SAP partners to review business performance and
financial updates.
 Understand partner requirements and ensure timely and appropriate resolutions.
 Act as the primary point of contact for all data and financial communication with
partners.
 Foster long-term, collaborative relationships aligned with business goals.
4. Compliance, Audit & Documentation
 Ensure accurate maintenance of financial, legal, and operational documentation.
 Drive updates to SOPs and ensure clear communication across teams.
 Ensure audit readiness by maintaining organized and up-to-date records of MIS,
P&Ls, and ledgers.

 Lead resolution of audit and compliance queries within defined timelines.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
 Provide strategic financial data and insights to other departments for decision-
making.
 Ensure alignment with Head Office directives on operational practices and
policies.
 Implement structured processes to eliminate control deviations and ensure
governance.
 Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of accountability and
continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
 Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
 Expertise in financial analysis, reconciliation, and reporting
 Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced Excel
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications & Experience:
 6–9 years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory/lead role
 Prior experience in telecom, broadband, or related industries is an advantage
 Strong knowledge of SAP financial modules and compliance frameworks
