Position: HR Executive
Location: Silvassa
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Industries: Steel
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Onboard new employees and ensure smooth integration.
- Administer employee benefits, policies, and compliance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Maintain HRIS, updating employee records and data.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and labor law compliance.
- Support management in employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations
- Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, including SOPs, manuals, formats, and records as per Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
