Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage construction from IFC to project handover.
- Oversee pipeline, piping, structural, civil, E&I, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
- Manage resources, subcontractors, and site activities efficiently.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and project control teams.
- Prepare construction plans, monitor progress, and report to Project Manager.
- Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to QHSE standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have an Engineering Degree
- 15years of construction manager experience and Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas & EPC Projects (Cross Country Pipelines) .
- Experience inARAMCO Oil & Gas or Construction industry is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and coordinationwith PMT, engineering, QA/QC, and client representatives.
- Ability to make decisions under pressureand maintain project quality & timeliness.
- Strong reporting and documentationskills (daily, weekly progress reports).
